Yearly Performance Evaluation
Kika’s annual performance evaluations are aimed to recognize an employee’s performance. They will provide you with increased awareness of your present performance and what is expected of you in your continued employment with Kika. You will be provided with feedback on what areas or aspects of work are worthy of praise or recognition as well as areas/aspects that require improvement and additional attention.
Evaluation results will be used as a basis for promotions, salary adjustments, transfers, dismissal or other related matters. The appraiser will discuss with you the results of your evaluation. Notwithstanding this, the appraiser may conduct a performance evaluation of an employee, at their own discretion and when necessary, without discussing the results of the exercise.
The appraiser and the evaluated employee must both sign the evaluation form. Your endorsement does not necessarily imply that you agree with the evaluation results; but rather, it indicates that the appraiser has run through the results with you.
Salary Reviews
Employees may be considered for salary adjustment. Salary reviews are carried out annually, on the anniversary of the employee’s hire date indicated in their Employment Contract.
Eligibility of which will be based on the results of the annual performance evaluation. Employees under probation and those who have tendered their resignation before the increment comes into effect will not be considered in this exercise.
