It is our pleasure to present you with our Employee Handbook. This handbook defines the principles and regulations that help organize our tasks and responsibilities at Kika by using our mission, our vision and our values as foundations and reflecting our business philosophy. It therefore establishes the practices that we hold dear.
In this regard, the handbook will guide the procedures to be undertaken in order to allow each individual to evolve in a work environment founded on trust, respect and integrity while promoting good practices towards our clients, our partners, our suppliers and our colleagues.
At Kika, we believe in our employees. We have faith in your judgment and your common sense when applying the principles outlined in this handbook. Your presence and your engagement within the company are precious. The success of the business rests on each of us, and it is by forming a united group that we will continue to grow together.
This handbook’s form and content can be modified at any time to take into account various changes in the evolution of our agency. As a result, it represents the present image of the company, and it will continue to evolve as we do.
