Project Brief and Team

The Project Brief is usually generated from the approved service proposal and includes the answers to the discovery questionnaire as well as the preliminary audit report. In some cases, a project will require more details, whereby the Project Brief template can be used.

Once the project brief has been prepared and approved, the next step is to assemble the project team. We have created team roles on the Teamwork project templates for this purpose. Each team member will have specific skills to meet the project’s requirements. Team members will work in an interrelated network environment (egoless) where the entire group will make most of the decisions together.
